Snow Palace Afternoon Tea launches at Strand PalaceOctober 29, 2024 - Strand Palace is thrilled to announce the launch of Snow Palace Afternoon Tea at Strand Palace on November 9, 2024, located by Covent Garden in the heart of London. Part of the line-up of exciting dining experiences offered by the independent London hotel this festive season – including seasonal group dining menus, private Christmas parties and drinks receptions in Haxells Bar & Restaurant, Gin Palace and private dining venue 1909 - Snow Palace Afternoon Tea promises an unforgettable celebration with special entertainment from Snow Palace Ballerinas and even a visit from Santa Claus himself on select weekend dates.
Artic Reindeer White Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse Yule Log
A magical experience in London’s Covent Garden, the Snow Palace Afternoon Tea menu includes a range of insta-worthy sweet treats including the Arctic Reindeer Yule Log and Raspberry Santa Macaron served on a tiered snowman tea stand. These can be enjoyed alongside savoury delights such as Sage and Onion Roast Turkey Brioche Buns and Smoked Salmon Sandwiches, as well as traditional fruit scones served with clotted cream and raspberry jam. The menu includes a choice of a Snow Palace Cocktail, Mocktail or glass of Prosecco, with dedicated Vegan and Children’s Menus also available.
Strand Palace Ballerinas (2023)
Guests will enjoy live entertainment from a Snow Palace Ballerina on select weekend dates in November, while younger guests will have the exciting chance to meet with Santa Claus and receive a gift following their photo opportunity on select weekend dates in December. Hosted in The Palace Tea Parlour at Strand Palace, which will feature bespoke frosted snow scenery artwork, Snow Palace Afternoon Tea is available from November 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, served daily at 12:30 and 3pm. Snow Palace Afternoon Tea costs £50 for adults and £25 for children (under 12) on weekdays, £70 for adults and £45 for children on weekends.
Alongside the magical Snow Palace Afternoon Tea, Strand Palace is offering a range of other festive dining experiences including Christmas parties and drinks receptions held in Haxells Restaurant & Bar and a special Christmas Day festive menu with exclusive use of private dining venue 1909, from £155 per person.
